We guarantee that your bulk materials will be delivered as ordered, meeting industry quality standards. Every load is backed by our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee after delivery, giving you peace of mind with your purchase. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be considered due to potential environmental factors affecting the materials.


Cancellations & Refunds

Because we now offer faster delivery times—often within 2 business days—our cancellation policy has been updated:

  • Full Refund: Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations after 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refund eligibility will depend on whether:
    • The hauler has already confirmed or dispatched the order.
    • Back-end work (scheduling, routing, supplier coordination) has already been completed.
  • No Refund: Cancellations requested on the scheduled delivery day are not eligible for any refund, as the supplier has already prepared and dispatched the order, and delivery logistics are in motion.

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos documenting the issue.
  • Our team will review each case individually to determine an appropriate resolution.
  • Refunds may be full or partial based on the nature and severity of the issue.

Covered Circumstances

  • Material quality does not meet industry standards.
  • Significant quantity discrepancy from the ordered amount.
  • Incorrect material delivered.
  • Company error in order fulfillment.

Non-Covered Circumstances

  • Orders canceled more than 24 hours after purchase (except partial refund cases above).
  • Failed delivery due to site inaccessibility, hazards, or customer absence.
  • Property damage resulting from standard delivery procedures.
  • Environmental changes to materials occurring after 48 hours from delivery.
  • Color variations within normal industry standards.
  • Customer ordered the wrong material.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery and maintain our guarantee, customers must ensure adequate delivery access. If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions or customer absence, rescheduling fees may apply.

Property Damage Disclaimer

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure a smooth delivery; however, we are not responsible for any property damage, including but not limited to driveways, landscaping, wiring, or structures. The customer assumes responsibility for ensuring their property can accommodate the weight and size of the delivery vehicles.


Liability Waiver

By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to release us from any liability for damages resulting from the delivery process or failure to provide proper access for delivery.
